About Us

About Wani Wear: Custom Fightwear, Martial Arts Uniform and Gym Wear Manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan
Direct factory partner for gyms, academies, fight brands and distributors in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and Turkey.

Welcome to Wani Wear. We are a custom sportswear and combat sports equipment manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, the city that has supplied the world’s athletes with balls, gloves and uniforms for generations. Every product on this site, from a judo gi to an MMA short, from a Taekwondo chest protector to a gym tracksuit, is designed to your specification and made by our own production team.
This page tells you who we are, why we started, how we work, what we make and what you can expect when you place an order with us. If you are a gym owner, academy head, fight brand founder or distributor looking for a reliable manufacturing partner, we hope it answers your questions before you even write to us.
Who We Are

Wani Wear is a manufacturer first and a brand partner second. We do not trade other factories’ goods, and we do not sell the same catalog to everyone. We build custom products for the people who run gyms, martial arts schools, fight teams and sportswear brands, which means every order starts with your design, your sizes and your logo.
Our range covers three big families of products: martial arts uniforms and protective gear, MMA and boxing fightwear, and gym and fitness apparel. Around these sit equipment lines such as sports bags, punching bags, strike shields and training pads. Customers often begin with one product, such as a custom rash guard or a batch of Taekwondo doboks, and then grow into a full line because we can make everything under one roof of communication.
We operate from Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, and we ship worldwide. Our working language is practical: clear specifications, clear mockups, clear prices and clear timelines. We would rather tell you honestly what is possible than promise something and miss it.

A Message From Our Founder

“WANI GYM WEAR was founded with a passion for creating premium custom sportswear that combines performance, durability, and style. Our mission is to provide high-quality MMA uniforms, martial arts wear, and gym apparel that empower athletes and brands to perform with confidence—anywhere in the world.”
Asad Shafiq
Founder
That message is the thread running through everything we do. Performance means the product works when an athlete is rolling, kicking, lifting or competing. Durability means the stitching, fabric and padding hold up through months of hard use, not just the first week. Style means your brand looks sharp, because in sport, the way you look is part of the way you compete.
Our Story: Eight Years of Building Custom Sportswear
Wani Wear began with a simple observation. Gym owners, martial arts instructors and small fight brands around the world wanted good custom gear, but they kept running into the same walls: huge minimum orders, slow replies, designs that did not match the mockup and middlemen who could not answer a technical question about fabric or stitching. We believed there was a better way to work, and we set out to build it from Sialkot.
Today we have more than eight years of experience behind us, and more than 384 happy customers who have trusted us with their designs, their team kits and their brand launches. Those numbers matter to us less as achievements and more as proof of a method: listen carefully, show the customer a mockup, make a sample when it helps, produce with care, and ship on time.
Along the way we widened our range. What began with fightwear and uniforms grew to include protective gear for Taekwondo and MMA, gym and fitness apparel, bags and punching equipment. We did not add products for the sake of a longer catalog. We added them because our customers kept asking for the same thing: one supplier who could dress and equip the whole gym.
Mission, Vision and Values
Our Mission
To provide high-quality MMA uniforms, martial arts wear and gym apparel that empower athletes and brands to perform with confidence, anywhere in the world.
Our Vision
To be the first manufacturer a gym, academy or fight brand thinks of when they want custom gear made properly, priced fairly and delivered reliably.
Our Promise
You will always know what you are getting. Clear mockups, clear specifications, clear prices and honest advice, including when we tell you something will not work.
The Values We Work By
What We Manufacture
Our catalog is organized into product families. Each one is fully customizable, and each one has its own page with products, specifications and ordering details. Here is a tour of what we make and who it is for.
Martial Arts Uniforms

Uniforms are the foundation of any martial arts school, and they are where first impressions are made. We manufacture a full range of martial arts uniforms in custom cuts, weights, colors and embroidery. See our Karate Gi, Judo Gi and Taekwondo Dobok collections, or browse the complete Martial Arts Uniforms department and the Judo collection.
Schools can add their dojo name, belt-rank patches, chest and back embroidery and woven labels, and we can grade sizes from small children to large adults so that a whole class is outfitted consistently.
Taekwondo Protective Gear
A Taekwondo sparring set has many parts, and we make all of them. Our range includes Taekwondo Gloves, Foot Protectors, Headgear, Chest Protectors, Shin Guards, Groin Guards and Forearm Guards.
Because every piece comes from the same factory, schools and brands can match colors, logos and finishes across the whole set, in men’s, women’s and youth sizes. We describe our protective gear honestly as WT-style training and sparring equipment unless a product has been officially approved.

MMA and Boxing Fightwear

Fightwear is graphic, fast and competitive, and it is one of our strongest areas. We make MMA Shorts, Rash Guards, Compression Wear, Custom Spats, Boxing Shorts, Boxing Hoodies, Gym Tank Tops and complete MMA Fight Kits.
On the gloves side, our range includes Sparring Boxing Gloves, Competition Boxing Gloves, Boxing Bag Gloves and Kids Boxing Gloves. Explore the full MMA and Fightwear department for everything in one place.
Protection Gear for MMA, Boxing and Muay Thai
Our protection range is built around fit and comfort. It includes Chest Guards, Groin Guards, Boxing Hand Wraps, MMA Head Guards, MMA Shin Guards, Custom Mouth Guards and Muay Thai Pads. Visit the main Custom Protection Gear page to see them together.
Gym Wear and Fitness Apparel
Gyms and fitness brands need apparel that looks good in photographs and survives the washing machine. We make Gym T-Shirts, Gym Shorts, Gym Tracksuits and Custom Fitness Clothes, including women’s workout sets with sports bras and matching leggings or shorts. Browse the whole Gym Wear collection.
Whether you are launching a fitness label, outfitting trainers at a chain of gyms or creating merchandise for members, we can build coordinated sets in your colors with your branding.

Bags, Punching Equipment and Training Gear
Every gym needs equipment that can take a beating. We produce Sports Bags, MMA Gym Bags and a wide range of heavy equipment: Boxing Heavy Bags, Water-Filled Punching Bags, Custom Speed Bags, Double-End Bags, Uppercut Bags and Strike Shields. These products let a gym buy its apparel and its training equipment from one supplier with one consistent brand look.

What Makes Our Manufacturing Different
Four Things We Do Differently
1. We are the factory. You deal with the team that plans your production, not a chain of intermediaries who pass messages along.
2. We show before we make. Free mockups with unlimited revisions mean you approve the look before a single meter of fabric is cut.
3. We start small. Low minimum orders let new brands and small gyms get started without risking a huge investment.
4. We ship the world. Free worldwide shipping on qualifying custom orders, with tracked delivery through major couriers.
Why Sialkot? The Home of World-Class Sports Manufacturing
Sialkot is a city in Punjab, Pakistan, with a long history of making sports goods for the world. Over generations, it has built a deep ecosystem of cutters, stitchers, printers, embroiderers, foam and leather suppliers, packaging makers and exporters, all within reach of each other. When a factory in Sialkot needs a specific binding tape, a special elastic or a rare fabric finish, the supplier is often a short drive away.
That concentration of skills matters to you as a buyer in three ways. First, it makes custom work practical, because specialist suppliers are close and quick to respond. Second, it keeps costs fair, because the supply chain is short and competitive. Third, it supports quality, because craftsmen in Sialkot grow up around sports goods and understand what an athlete needs from a glove, a shin guard or a gi.
We are proud to be part of this tradition, and we aim to add to it with modern design support, clear communication and reliable export service.
How We Work: From First Message to Delivered Parcel
A manufacturing partnership works best when both sides know what happens next. This is the path almost every order follows.
Step 1: Inquiry
You can reach us through the inquiry form, WhatsApp or email. The more detail you give, the faster we can respond: the product type, quantities, sizes, colors, any artwork you already have, the markets you sell in and when you need delivery. If you do not have all of this yet, that is fine. Tell us what you know and we will help with the rest.
Step 2: Design and Mockup
Our design support team turns your idea into a visual mockup. You can send a logo, a sketch, a reference photo or just a description. We show you how the design sits on the actual pattern, and you can ask for as many revisions as you need. This is one of the most valued parts of working with us, because a clear mockup removes most of the risk from custom orders.
Step 3: Quotation
Once the design is approved, we send a quotation that covers unit price, quantities, materials, decoration method, packaging and shipping terms. We keep it clear and itemized so that you can compare it with any other offer and understand exactly what is included.
Step 4: Sampling
For many products, especially a new design, a new fabric or a new fit, we recommend a physical sample. It lets you check size, stretch, padding feel, print quality and finish in your own hands. You can share the sample with your coaches, athletes or sales team before committing to bulk production.
Step 5: Production
After approval, production begins at our Sialkot facility. Fabrics are cut to the approved pattern, graphics are printed or embroidered, panels are stitched and products are finished. Production time depends on quantity, product and design complexity, and we confirm it in your quotation so that you can plan your launch or season.
Step 6: Inspection, Packing and Shipping
Before anything leaves, we inspect it, count it, label it and pack it to your instructions. We then ship worldwide with major couriers and send you tracking so that you always know where your parcel is.
Free Design Support and Mockups
Many customers do not have a designer on staff, and some do not know exactly what they want until they see it. That is why we offer free mockups with unlimited revisions through our Custom Design Support service. You do not pay to see your idea before deciding to order.
For best printing results, we ask for vector artwork where possible and high-resolution images for detailed graphics. If you only have a low-resolution logo, tell us and we will explain what can be done. We also ask that you only send artwork you own or are licensed to use, because we cannot reproduce protected logos or characters belonging to others.
OEM, ODM and Private Label: Your Brand, Our Factory
Many of our customers are brands rather than gyms, and they need a manufacturing partner who can disappear behind their label. Our OEM and private label service is built for exactly that. Your brand name, your neck labels, your hangtags and your packaging go on the product, and the customer only ever sees you.
OEM
You provide the design and specifications. We manufacture to your tech pack and sample, and nothing in the product tells the customer who made it.
ODM
You choose from our existing patterns and designs and adjust them: colors, fabrics, details and branding. This is a fast route for new brands.
Private Label
Your brand on a product we already make well. A practical way to launch with a small first order and grow your range later.
We help brands with the practical side of private label too, from label placement and care label wording to packaging design and barcode placement. If you are launching your first line, we are happy to explain how to structure the first order so you can test the market without a large upfront commitment.
Quality Control: How We Protect Your Order
Quality is not something we add at the end. It is checked at each stage of production, because the cheapest time to fix a problem is before it is sewn into five hundred pieces.
What We Check on Every Order
Materials: fabric weight, stretch and feel are compared with the approved sample. Foam thickness and firmness are checked for padded products.
Printing and decoration: colors, alignment and sharpness are compared with the approved mockup. Embroidery is checked for density and clean edges.
Stitching: seams, bindings, strap anchors, waistbands and stress points are inspected for strength and neatness.
Measurements: finished pieces are measured against your size sheet.
Finishing and packing: loose threads, marks and glue stains are removed. Cartons are counted and labeled by size and color.
If something is not right, we want to know, and we want to fix it. We treat feedback as part of the process, and we use it to improve future orders. Approved patterns, measurements and artwork are kept on record so that repeat orders match the original in size, color and finish.
Low MOQ, Fair Pricing and Sampling
We believe the people most in need of a good manufacturer are often the ones that big factories ignore: small gyms, young brands, new academies. Our low MOQ program is designed for them. For apparel, minimum quantities typically start at 10 to 50 pieces depending on the product and the level of customization, and for many protective products, orders can start from 10 pieces.
We do not believe in hiding the cost. If a particular print method or material makes the price rise, we will tell you and suggest alternatives, so that you can decide with full information.
Worldwide Shipping and Logistics

A good product is only half the job. It also has to arrive, intact and on time. Our team packs every parcel by hand, weighs it, labels it and hands it to a courier. We offer free worldwide shipping on custom orders of 10 or more pieces.
Standard delivery takes 12 to 15 working days through DHL, UPS or FedEx. When a tournament, launch date or restock deadline is close, an urgent 7 to 8 day option is available for a small per-piece charge. Final terms are always confirmed in your quotation.

Customs rules and import duties differ from country to country, and we encourage you to check the requirements of your own market before you order. If you need help with documents such as commercial invoices or packing lists, tell us when you place the order and we will prepare what is needed.
Materials and Fabrics We Work With
Good gear starts with the right material, and the right material depends on the sport, the climate and the price. These are the main families we work with, and our team can recommend the best match for each product.
For each order, we confirm the exact fabric weight, stretch and finish at the quotation and sampling stage. If you have a garment you like, send it and we can match its feel, or suggest a better alternative.
Printing and Decoration Methods Explained
How a logo or graphic is applied has a big effect on the look, the feel and the life of the product. We help customers choose the right method for the material and the design.
Full Sublimation
The design is transferred into polyester with heat, so the color becomes part of the fabric. It suits all-over graphics on fight shorts, rash guards and compression wear, and the print does not crack or peel like some surface prints.
Screen Printing
Ink is pressed through a stencil onto the surface. Good for bold, solid-color logos on T-shirts, hoodies and some protective gear.
Embroidery
Thread is stitched into the fabric. Popular for uniforms, belts, gym tees and caps, where a textured, premium look is wanted.
Heat Transfer
A printed film is pressed onto the product. Useful for small logos, names and numbers, and for surfaces where other methods are difficult.
Embossing and Debossing
The logo is pressed into the material, which works well on synthetic leather gloves and guards.
Woven Labels and Patches
Branded labels and patches are stitched on as neck labels, waistband labels or chest patches, giving the product a finished, branded look.
Each method has strengths and limits. A very detailed photograph, for example, suits sublimation better than embroidery, while a school crest on a uniform often looks best embroidered. Our team will tell you which option we recommend and why, and the mockup shows what to expect.
Sizing and Fit: Men’s, Women’s and Youth
Fit decides whether a product gets worn or left in the bag. We pay close attention to it, and we build all three major size groups into our range.
Men’s and Adult
Patterns designed for broader shoulders, longer limbs and larger frames, with extra durability where strength and movement are demanding.
Women’s
Patterns shaped for different proportions, with waistbands, straps and cuts that stay in place during movement. Sizing is not simply a smaller men’s product.
Youth and Junior
Scaled for children and teenagers, with softer padding, lighter weight and simple closures that young athletes can manage alone.
Every size chart on our product pages is only a general idea and is not fixed. The final size for your order will always be the one you provide and confirm with us, whether it is a measurement sheet, a sample or a full tech pack. We can grade a pattern across your whole size range so that a team or a retail line fits consistently from the smallest to the largest piece.
Packaging and Branding Options
The way a product arrives is part of the way it is judged. Packaging protects the goods, communicates your brand and can make the difference between a product that looks like a commodity and one that looks like a brand.
- Neck and waistband labels: woven or printed, with your brand name and size.
- Care labels: fabric content and washing instructions in the language of your market.
- Hangtags and stickers: branded tags for retail display, with barcodes if required.
- Polybags with inserts: clean, protective packaging with printed cards or size guides.
- Retail boxes and mesh bags: useful for gloves, guards and sets that you sell as a bundle.
- Bulk packing: cartons labeled by size and color, designed for easy receiving and fast warehouse handling.
If you are not sure what packaging suits your channel, tell us how you sell, such as in a gym pro shop, on a marketplace, through your own website or to other retailers, and we will suggest practical options.
Sampling: When It Helps and How It Works
A sample is the quickest way to turn a good idea into a confident order. It lets you check the fabric, the fit, the print, the padding and the finish in your hands, and it lets your coaches, athletes or customers give feedback before the bulk run is cut.
- New fabrics or fits: a sample avoids surprises in stretch, weight and cut.
- Padded products: gloves, guards and headgear are best judged by feel and by wearing them.
- Brand launches: a sample helps you photograph your product and prepare your listings before production finishes.
- Team orders: a sample set in several sizes makes fitting easier.
We will explain the sampling timeline and cost for your specific product when we quote. Many customers approve a sample with small changes, such as a slightly deeper side slit, a different strap width or a color adjustment, and the final production reflects those refinements.
Care Guide: Making Your Gear Last Longer
Good gear lasts longer when it is looked after. These simple habits help your customers get more life out of every product, and they reflect well on your brand when you share them on a care card or product page.
Planning Your Orders Around the Year
Custom orders go smoothly when they are planned. Many of our customers coordinate production with the calendar, and a little planning avoids last-minute stress.
- Before a new term or season: academies and clubs often order uniforms and protective gear ahead of enrollment.
- Before tournaments and events: teams order matching kits and protective gear well before the event date.
- Before holidays and promotions: brands launch limited drops and gift-ready sets.
- Ahead of restocks: retailers reorder best-selling sizes before stock runs out.
Tell us your target dates when you inquire. We will plan production and shipping around them, and the urgent shipping option is available for situations where time is short. Starting early is always cheaper and calmer than rushing at the end.
How We Develop a New Product With You
Developing a new product can feel complicated if it is your first time, so we break it into small, clear decisions. The same approach works for a simple T-shirt and for a padded sparring glove.
This approach keeps surprises small. By the time a full order is cut, most decisions have already been tested in a mockup or a sample, and the remaining risk is low.
Our Working Principles
We try to run the business in a way that we would want to be treated as customers. These principles guide how we deal with you and with the people who make your products.
- Be clear about what is possible. If a design will not print well, a fabric will not stretch enough or a deadline is too tight, we say so early.
- Describe products honestly. We avoid exaggerated safety or performance claims, and we encourage customers to do the same on their own listings.
- Respect intellectual property. We make products from artwork you own or are licensed to use, and we do not copy protected logos or characters.
- Treat the team fairly. Good products come from skilled, respected people, and we try to keep workshops organized and workable.
- Keep records. Approved sizes, patterns and artwork are stored so that your repeat orders stay consistent.
- Keep improving. Customer feedback goes into our next samples and our next batches.
How We Communicate With You
Clear communication is one of the biggest reasons manufacturing relationships succeed or fail. We keep it simple and direct.
During an active order, you will hear from us at the main steps: when the mockup is ready, when the quotation is issued, when a sample is finished, when production starts and when your parcel ships with tracking. If something changes, such as a material delay or a design adjustment, we tell you immediately rather than waiting until the end.
We work with buyers in several time zones, and we plan our replies so that you are not left waiting overnight for simple answers. If you are on a tight timeline, say so in your first message and we will do our best to match it.
The Markets We Serve
Wani Wear ships worldwide, and our customers are concentrated in five regions. Each market has its own habits, and we adapt our service to match.
United States
A large and varied market with thousands of gyms, martial arts schools and independent fight brands. US buyers often want bold graphics, quick mockups, flexible quantities and the ability to launch limited drops. We support small test runs, team orders and private label programs, and we ship by courier directly to your business.
United Kingdom
Clubs, gyms and academies in the UK often buy as a group and value consistent sizing and clear communication. British shoppers use terms like gum shield, mitts and TKD, and we help brands match their product descriptions to the way local customers search.
Europe
Europe combines strong federation cultures, many languages and a wide range of club sizes. We help buyers prepare labels and packaging for different countries, and we advise on product descriptions that stay accurate and modest.
Australia
Year-round training and a strong gym culture make Australia a natural market for performance apparel and protective gear. Light, breathable fabrics, easy-clean materials and durable construction are especially popular.
Turkey
Turkey has a proud combat sports tradition, particularly in Taekwondo, boxing and wrestling. Clubs and brands there often build complete private label ranges with matching colors, and we are happy to support them with coordinated sets.
If you sell outside these regions, you are welcome too. We ship worldwide, and the same process applies wherever your customers are.
Who We Work With
Across all of these, the pattern is the same. Customers come with a goal, we help them shape it into a product, and the relationship continues through repeat orders and range extensions. Many of our customers started with a single product and now buy from three or four different categories.
Working With a Direct Manufacturer vs a Trading Company
Buyers often ask whether it matters if they buy from a factory or from a trading company. It can matter a great deal, and the difference tends to show up when something needs to change.
Trading companies have a place, especially for buyers who need goods from many different factories at once. But for custom products where fit, print, padding and finish matter, working directly with the manufacturer is usually faster, cheaper and clearer.

Our Happy Customers
We are proud of the number 384, and we hope to keep outgrowing it. But what stays with us is not the number, it is the repeat orders. A customer who places a second order has told us something that no review can: that the first one worked.
What customers most often tell us they value is simple. They like getting a mockup quickly. They like being able to start with a small quantity. They like honest answers when a design idea will not work in the chosen fabric. They like being able to message the team on WhatsApp. And they like that a parcel from Sialkot arrives when we said it would.
Speed of response
Mockups and answers come quickly, because design and production sit in the same team.
Honest advice
We tell you what we think will work best, including when it is not what you first asked for.
Flexibility
Small orders are welcome, and growth orders are planned together.
Consistency
Reorders match the approved original, so your range looks the same from season to season.
How to Prepare Your First Order
If you are ordering custom gear for the first time, a little preparation saves a lot of time. This checklist covers what most customers find useful.
- Define the product: know which items you need, such as shorts, rash guards, gloves or uniforms.
- Decide quantities and sizes: an approximate split across men’s, women’s and youth sizes is enough to start.
- Gather your artwork: logos in vector format are best, along with brand colors and any reference images.
- Choose your market: tell us where you sell, so that we can advise on labels, packaging and descriptions.
- Set a timeline: share any launch date, event or season so we can plan production and shipping.
- Think about packaging: polybags, hangtags, retail boxes or bulk packing, depending on how you sell.
- Ask for a sample: especially for new fabrics, new fits and new padded products.
You do not need to have everything ready. If you are missing artwork, sizes or a clear product list, tell us what you have and our team will help you fill in the gaps.
